Learn how to view and edit information for customers who have booked online appointments on your GoCentral website.
With the customer management tool, you can see a list of who has booked appointments with you, view their contact details, and make edits. Let’s take a look at a customer to see their details.
Once you click on a contact, you can see their information and reach out to them right from the interface. Use the green email button to create a draft, or the green phone button to start a call right from your computer or mobile device. If you need to update any details or add notes, you can do so right here.
Clicking on the appointments tab will take you to a list of past bookings and upcoming ones. Choose any appointment in the list to make edits to it, or to mark it as paid if you didn’t take payment up front.
