  1. I am trying to lose weight and I have lost 2 pounds so far and I am already becoming more active and feeling better. My goal is to lose 60 pounds because I am 60 pounds over my ideal weight of 140. I will start out trying to lose 5 pounds and then lose 5 more pounds after that and keep trying for more until I lose the 60 pounds. Thanks for encouraging us.

  2. I love how real you are. Don't be ashamed for making an "unhealthy" meal of cornbread and chicken nuggets– kids literally eat that kind of thing all the time and we can tell it's not typical for you and Christian 😉

  3. Girl your body is bomb and I wish I had your stomach after having a baby! I had 2 kids and still fighting squishiness. I have loose skin from my stomach being stretched no matter how much cardio I do. I need to get that sweet sweat band. Don’t be so hard on yourself. You should be proud of all your hard work. Rock that body!
