    I have a question.

    This seems to contradict the NDA clauses. Let's suppose that the agency forgets to remove these details, and then their end client contacts the translator. According to the NDA, the translator should neither accept nor solicit any work from the agency's current clients.

    Will doing what you suggest violate the NDA clauses and make the agency, due to its failure to remove the contact details, eligible to sue the translator over violating the NDA?
