  1. Great tips, thanks so much! I am exactly like you Canna, when it comes to handling criticism and avoiding conflicts. This would be such a great topic for a Video on its own. You have a team under you, right? I have too and would be so curious how you handle not so easy People/ conversations. The main difference might be that you get to decide who you hire, I assume. I don‘t have this freedom because I am not so high on the bossbabe level- YET. I have to work with what I‘ve got 😉 anyway this would be a great topic. Much love ❤️

  2. Fabulous tips, Canna and Erin! Canna, this is one of my favorite videos on your entire channel. The tips today really resonate with me. Some I am already practicing, some I will be adding to my toolkit. Many thanks for sharing and wishing both of you all the greatest!

  3. Now, jokes aside… I find the 4th tip of Canna the one that resonated with me the most – feed your brain and widen your horizon further than your field of work. There is so much we can learn from others by reading/listening/watching what's happening in different places, this is mind-blowing! Not to say that, as simple as it is, the world is such an itneresting place that it would be a shame to limit yourself just to one spot!

I also noticed that thanks to my hobby – I am a maniac reader of "Time" and "Internazionale" – Italian opinion-making magazine which publishes translation of the most controversial/interesting articles of the week, published in different magazines of the world – I manage to connect immediately with so many people… when I meet someone new who is not from my environment, I remember something that I've read and that we can discuss. It is not only a great ice-breaker, but also a fantastic way to exchange opinions and build better understanding of the world.

So to speak, I think that on-going learning, as I'd call it, is extremely important. Not only to have better understanding of current affairs, but just to never be still – the world is changing and we need to keep up :))

  4. 1. Grow by trying something new/switching routines
    2. Watching comebacks (especially from women)
    3. Connect to the feeling of intuition
    4. Understand your emotional triggers
    5. Reframe situations and look for the lessons
    6. Put yourself first. Ideally, earlier in the day
    7. Be curious. Question things.
    8. Feed your brain with knowledge (radio/podcasts)
    9. Meet new people
    10. Take time off for yourself/say "no"

  5. OMG Canna, your number 1 is my number one- and the main reason I do not want to go to Thanksgiving dinner with my family. I feel like I am their rug to wipe their feet on with their snide remarks, sarcasm, etc… (cutting me down to build themselves up). ugh!!!
